1) Provide a referral to us from your Physician or Nurse Practitioner
2) Please call your insurance PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT and make sure your session is covered.
2) Call (571) 306-2711 to leave a voicemail for the Dietitian OR book directly through the website by clicking the "link" below and schedule your own appointments. You can also talk to Dietitian directly for a free consult by calling (703) 774-7302
3) If you choose to click the FACEBOOK ICON below- choose "More" and "book now" options.
3) Nutrition history forms will be emailed to you prior to the appointment
Currently, we accept Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, Care first & Anthem (Blue Cross and Blue Shield), Coventry, United Health Care, and Medicare
Telemedicine Appointments at Smiley Meal LLC are offered using ZOOM HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
